We are authorized to submit bids on your behalf as the buyer and will endeavor to secure the most favorable purchase price. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any outstanding homeowners association (HOA) fees, water bills, or undiscovered liens. Upon completion of the auction, a certificate of sale will be issued. Transfer of the deed will occur following judicial confirmation of the sale.

Payment Terms: A deposit equal to 25% of the maximum bid amount is required prior to the auction, with the remaining balance due in full by the following business day. Please note that these properties are not eligible for financing; all transactions must be completed in cash.
